The objective of training in ergonomics is to provide personnel with the skills, knowledge, abilities, and tools to reduce physical workload, to improve working postures, facilitate instrument handling, and thus improves the quality of working life, reduce fatigue, maximize efficiency and minimize human errors.

- Know the importance of good posture
- Recognize musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) sign and symptoms
- Lift and carry objects safely
- Introduce ergonomic exercises.
